"The room was dusty. I wanted to use the pool but it wasn't open. The toilet bowl had yellow strikes."

"Hotel was very clean but it was freezing in the entire hotel and the outlets were so loose in the room- the ones next to the bed didn’t even work. "

"The room was perfect with the common area and two separate bedrooms each with full bathrooms. The only downfall was the hot water. It took over 25 minutes to get water warm enough to shower, but by no means ever actually hot enough to enjoy. The hotel knew that they had a problem but were not forthcoming about it. I felt I really should have been offered some compensation for the water being frigid! Burrr"
