"Staff was friendly. Room was clean and nice. The hotel is clearly undergoing renovations and you can see unfinished areas but it is very clean and the room was nice. "

"Everything was fine. Clean. Only issues wete the room door was hard to get open. Had to use shoulder and slam into it. It would be nice to start with enough towels, instead of 2 for 4 people."
"Will at the front desk was great. Our original room had issues and he immediately got us a different room to stay in. It’s not the fanciest hotel but great for an overnight. Would definitely stay there again. "
"We did not have a problem with our stay. Staff was friendly and we were satisfied with our room. The only complaint I have is there was a stain or spot on one of the double bed covers. It was not a problem we slept in the othet bed. "
"We always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades. "
