"The hotel was quaint and had an historic charm. The "continental breakfast" advertised was a small plate of store bought muffins, apples, and watery coffee. It was better than nothing but not worth advertising as a true continental breakfast. The provided white noise machine was very helpful with drowning out the very frequent train noises throughout the night. It was very nice as an hotel for staying the night only but there isn't a very good daytime hangout location. I would stay there again for an appropriate price."
"We absolutely loved it here! We stayed in one of the cabins, walked into the little town, got some food and souvenirs then explored a little trail across the street from the cabins. It’s right by the entrance to the park, just across the bridge. The unit has a little bathroom with a tub/ shower, a kitchenette that was pretty well stocked with everything you’d need to make almost anything you want, and there’s a propane grill right on the porch, The bed was comfortable, it was very peaceful. Waking up and walking out on the deck to see the mountains right across from me was incredible. I’m definitely coming back and bringing more people!"
"No one was at the office to check us in. The note on the door said to go two blocks down the street to the grocery store or trailer park. We did not get a good feeling about the location so we drove another 2 hours and found a different hotel. "
"Cabin was cute. Beautiful view of empty plains. Very peaceful. Drawback was that the bathrooms were in a separate building. However we had two bathroom stalls and two shower stalls dedicated to our cabin so you would never have to wait for a bathroom or shower. Great outdoor kitchenette that we shared with another cabin. It was an economical place to stay, convenient to both two medicine and st. Marys. Nice for families."
