Beautiful, relaxing stay at the Belmond. The staff is incredibly attentive and well-trained. We came after Machu Pichu and I have never slept so well in a hotel room. The energy is very clean, the pillow menu is amazing, and the vibe inside is very calm and lovely. Would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful property and the restaurants here are excellent. We ate several meals out in the city, and the food here was better. Get a room with oxygen if available, it did make a difference. A staff member we spoke to about having an extra hour at check out time was abrupt, but it was the only negative experience we had here.

Well, it doesn’t get much better than this. Staying in a converted 17th monastery in the heart of bustling Cusco. While the hotel is a refuge from the city it is close to all the sites. Meanwhile the service is impeccable and the food at the hotel restaurant delicious. Monasterio is among the very best places I have ever stayed.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, every little detail was perfect. Since the moment we arrived until we left the service was amazing! The check in was fast and easy, and we were greeted with local tea.The rooms were cozy and clean with a coffee machine and pods. We also enjoyed the art tour and local alcohol tasting that the hotel offered. We had dinner in one the restaurants. Excellent food, wonderful service and we have opera singers and live music.

Gorgeous, historic hotel with outstanding service. Everything about the Monestario Hotel is top notch. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, large, and well equipped with everything you need for the most serene stay imaginable. The restaurant is excellent, the grounds, garden, chapel, and entire hotel is a work of art. It is expensive but highly recommended for a truly unique and memorable experience.

Ive traveled quite a bit for work and vacations all over the work and I think this maybe best hotel I’ve stayed at. EVERYTHING superb- everyone looking out for guests. The facilities are historic but so beautiful and well kept. Location is ideal.

It is the best hotel in Cusco. It is the best amenities. The service is far above. The are able to handle any requests that might be necessary. Very comfortable. Excellent food. It is my second visit and I will refund. It is a block from center.
