Faltou água e tivemos que procurar outro hotel

Os quarto e o banheiro eram espaçosos e limpos. A estadia estava indo bem, até acabar a água do hotel. Quando chegamos a noite, formos informados que nao teria agua nem pra lavar as mãos / escovar os dentes, a falta de agua era em todo o hotel. Estávamos na metade da estadia, e o rapaz disse que seria bom procurarmos outro hotel. Ele mesmo recomendou isso, mas quando de fato decidimos que íamos sair, acho que ele não gostou muito, porque teria que fazer o reembolso. Ficou alegando que o hoteis.com não pagavam a eles à 2 meses e minha imprensão é que ele queria que a gente saísse, sem que eles precisassem fazer o reembolso. Isso atrapalhou a viagem, tive que procurar um hotel de uĺtima hora e meio que perdi 1 dia por causa disso. De manhã, a agua voltou e quando finalmente pude tomar um banho, ele apareceu batendo na porta pedindo para saírmos, pq o quarto precisava ser limpo. (Eu acho que ele ouviu que eu estava tomando banho e nao queria que eu gastasse água). E disse que o check-out tinha que ser feito as 9:30, se não íamos pagar multa. O café da manha é bem básico, não fica exposto, a mulher que traz uma bandejinha para você com 2 pães, 1 ovo e 1 salada de frutas. Teve um dia que ela trouxe queijo, e foi um só 1 pedacinho de queijo mesmo. Nos outros dias eu pedi queijo e nao tinha. Tudo parece ser contado. Só o café e o chá de coca é a vontade, não tinha leite.
