"This is a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood. It's about 35 minutes' walk away from the Cusco main square and far from the busy touristy place. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was pretty good. It's only 5-10 minutes CAB / Uber ride away from the main square."

"Although I booked the room over a month in advance, upon arrival (exhausted after 5 days of mountain trekking) I was told that they gave my room to someone else who reserved it three months before. I was told that the reservation was made but was never confirmed by Orbitz and as such the room I booked was not available.
