The view is great and the management was very easy to contact while being eager to help out. The location is perfect for being close to plaza de Armas without it being quite so busy.

It was very difficult to make contact with the hotel. Several phone numbers provided did not work. You can only get in if you phone first and she meets you on the street. Otherwise, it was OK. I had to go looking for breakfast.

Good location and very nice host.

Very nice and helpful host (Gloria). The room was clean and the bathroom was big and has warm water. Wifi was fast. Nice view of the city from the balcony. Excellent city location, but can be a little hard to find for the taxi driver (no sign from the street). Close to the most important things in the city. A supermarket just across the road. Can be a bit noisy in the night (traffic noise).
