"The staff were tremendous and so caring and helpful. A husband and wife caretake the place and you would have thought they owned the place based on how careful and considerate they were. I was reminded of staying at my grandma's. Everything was so clean! We had booked one day because our other accommodation was far away from the airport given the time we came in. We were sad to leave"
"Love my stay in Tyvabro, it’s just what I need at the time and moment, near to airport, walking distance from waterfront and most of all feel safe and very helpful host "
"This is a very good and affordable hotel in Flic-en-Flac, Mauritius. The hotel is very clean and its amenities are in very good condition. The breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and free shuttle to the beach and shopping mall is provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Flic-en-Flac."
"Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive. June appears to be off season so the resort wasn't sold out. Nice breakfast served by staff daily.
Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge."
"I only had a short stay (one night), so my review is limited.
It is notable that the hotel has a small private beach area, where you can snorkel straight from the beach and there is coral and fish very close."

"This is a very well run resort with friendly helpful staff, great food and luxurious surroundings including a white sand beach and several pools. There are plenty of activities like watersports, golf, tennis and paddel and a stylish cocktail bar with a variety of live cover bands performing every evening. Food and drink is expensive so the all inclusive option is a good one. "
"Most amazing experience. A fantastic stay made even more special due to due diligence of staff- all staff, who went beyond our expectations. Joanna from reception is impeccable in customer service and was responsible for creating an experience beyond our dreams. Kamini was amazing, trustworthy and great customer service. Keshav was great too. It’s the staff that make the hotel what it is an example of putting the customer first. Thank you. "
"Personnel très accueillant et très beau cadre, avec tout le confort souhaité. Séjour très agréable avec en bonus un coucher de soleil à ne pas manquer."
"The hotel is in a beautiful location and the amenities and setting are in tune with nature. It's a great place to stay and relax. Our top deck chalet room was 20 metres from the beach and 15 metres from the restaurant. Just perfect to zone out and chill for a week. The staff were great, attentive and helpful when needed and never too forward. Food excellent, plenty of choice - just a great week in a fabulous location. Venture out into the national park or take a glass bottom boat to interrupt the beach time.
HIGHLY recommended - hotel and location. "
"It was a truly wonderful stay. If we find ourselves in Mauritius again, we will stay here! The staff is friendly, good meal choices, beautiful grounds, and the beach is right there! "
"The room/view was immaculate. The food was diverse and amazing. But what made our trip truly memorable is the outstanding staff! They are warm, professional, personable, possess a sense of humor and do well with Americans who are new to the island...THANK YOU!"
