"L'appartement "non fumeur" était sale et sentait la cigarette : odeurs, du gras partout dans la cuisine et sur la vaisselle, grosses taches sur le sol, lavabos et douches sales.
Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour. Et malgré nos relances par la messagerie d'expedia et une réponse par mail nous indiquant que cela allait être réparé sous peu rien n'a été fait : c'est honteux de louer sans eau chaude !
Au niveau équipement : très peu de vaisselle et pas assez de couverts pour 4...

"Property was nice. Apartment was somewhat clean, but needed much more. Ants and insects throughout apartment. Apartment was bleak with amenities. Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock.
Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am.
Landlord and future renters came in the apartment, unannounced and surveyed the apartment about an hour and a half before departure time.
When asked to leave, they did. ...

Man kommt rein und es kommt einem ein alter, modriger Geruch entgegen was sicher nicht einladend ist. 3. Die Möbel sind auch in die Jahre gekommen. 4. "Where to start? Alain & Marie were excellent answering all questions before our arrival organising including airport transfers and hire car (essential to get round). "The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived and when we asked for a cleaner, we were promised one who did not show up throughout our entire stay. We had issues with the temperature of the water in the shower (it was either too hot or too cold - no in between).
Our bedding and blankets were unclean.

"Vincent the owner is an excellent communicator. He maintained contact prior and during our stay which was very reassuring. His Mum was very welcoming & supportive throughout. It is exactly what is advertised, a beautiful apartment with a sea view & fully equipped kitchen & cleaning provided during your stay. Good parking. A lift would be very beneficial. Highly recommend!"

"Very well stocked apt with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathroom/showers. Linen and towels included.
Kitchen has everything you need including a washing machine. Unit has screens on windows and back balcony alowing you to keep windows open while A/C is off. Nice breeze between front and back balconies.
There is a beach and supermarket walking distance as well as the very under rated Dodo traffic circle. "Stand beside a Dodo". Main shopping mall is about 3 km, (2 mi), away. Apt faces inward toward pool area...

"The most amazing hotel we have both stayed in.
The views and location are incredible.. the ocean view rooms are stunning, spacious with large balconies.
The food was amazing.. even the buffet was great. We ate at each restaurant once and loved every one.
The staff are absolutely outstanding. The most respectful, helpful and friendly people.. nothing was too much effort for them.
We had the privilege of dining at ocean vista one evening where we got engaged… the sommelier allowed my fiancé to open the champagne with a sabre and gave us the cork as a memento.
The only slight negative we have… when we checked in they noticed it was my birthday while we were there and said they would decorate the room and asked what flavour cake we wanted… unfortunately neither of these things happened which we were disappointed with.
Overall an incredible stay and we will 100% be back!"
