"Excellent stay .... although it was an older hotel it was exactly what I needed for "2" days !!! Clean and good bed and good pillows !!! No bells nor whistles but "2" nights for one pricing !!!! Other hotels adjacent and nearby were much more expensive and I wasn't entertaining guests I was sleeping and a place to chill .... "

"The staff was excellent especially the ladies that worked there. Whatever I needed from fresh towels to just whatever they were a big help. I really liked that the location of the beach was so close. Just a couple hundred yards. Very convenient. Would recommend this stay to friends. And I will definitely be back. "
"My wife and I stayed weekend of July 26. We enjoyed the quaint quiet retreat. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was like a Michelin star chef was cooking these very nice and succulent breakfast dishes. The convenience of the property placement made it right were all the shopping and fun spots that the historic district had to offer. Thank you for taking care of our needs, to all the staff at the Hoyt House. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that likes quiet little getaway in a bustling beach city. "
