"Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were great for the price - no a/c but fan provided in the room, beds are quite firm (but I like that). Had booked cabin with private bathroom - tin roof could be quite noisy with things falling from the trees - but didn’t bother us too much. Two swimming pools - that seem warmer than the river. Great area to relax on and water slide into the river itself is good fun. Restaurant and bar are very reasonably priced. Only thing that would really make this place amazing would be hot water for the showers. :) parking is pretty straightforward."

"Room very nice - 2 double beds. However walls very thin and we had a very noisy family with a dog next door the second night - one of people had a tb like cough all night. The hotel were great though and moved us to another room. Very nice breakfast"

"The room was very small. The bathroom floor was one step higher than the room, which could be dangerous when one gets up at night to use it due to poor lighting and sleepiness. However, these are all minor issues comparing with what we encountered upon check-in at the front desk. We were told that while Expedia informed the hotel of my reservation, it didn't send the payment to the hotel, so I had to pay to the hotel. I made a credit card payment as demanded, and recieved only a credit card receipt but no hotel receipt stating the purpose of the charge. Later on, after multiple inquires about the double payments, the hotel conceded that their receptionist had made a mistake and the payment "was cancelled". After more than 10 days, the payment is still on my credit card account and further inquiries from me received no response from the hotel."

"At check in they couldn't find my name. Then when I told them I already paid while booking 2 months prior they disagree and they put me on the phone with apparently an expedia customer service rep... after debating for few minutes they gave me the room keys. Room looked cheap and the shower dirty, water was barely running and it was cold"
