"We picked this hotel as it advertised a pool - well they had one but it was green! Guy 'cleaning' it even agreed it needed chemicals. Not usable at all There's also no restaurant, other than for breakfast, which was okay. Hardly any water pressure in the bathroom "

"El hotel no es un hotel de lujo, es un eco hotel dentro de la selva de Izabal, rodeado de manglares, si te gusta la naturaleza este es el lugar perfecto, las cabañas son pequeñas, comodas con lo necesario, el personal muy atento, mi unica sugerencia es que cambien de musica en el area de recepcion y comedor, tenian puesto todo el tiempo regeton, una musica muy desagradable, por lo demas todo perfecto"

"My room did not have a TV, and the toilet flusher had to be positioned a certain way after each use to keep the water from continuously running. On top of that, the lights went out during my stay, and it seems there’s no generator because the power never came back on. Overall, the experience was very disappointing."
