"All went well, would definitely visit again. Only ask I would have would be to provide more pillows and towels. Room I reserved was for 5 people. We had 3 towels and 5 flat pillows. Other than that, please was clean, staff was courteous and provided great tour tips. "

"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. "

"I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and had a wonderful time with my daughter. The place is beautiful, just like the pics. I loved the balcony (even though I didn’t enjoy it because we were always out, it was nice to have). The location was perfect. You can walk to historic district, local market, the park. The best part was having a washer/dryer. I love being able to come home with clean clothes."

One of the things that impressed me was that they are so intricate and detailed in their decor and their attention to detail, particularly for the breakfast was amazing!
