"Great place! It’s a timeshare property but we checked in like a hotel, and just stayed two nights. 2br villa and just a 10min uber to Duval St. Other reviewers criticized the tiki bar at the pool, but Susie Q was great and there was a full menu. 5/5 would stay again. "

"Our once-in-a-lifetime family trip was deeply disappointing because of our experience with the restaurant staff at Oceans Edge Resort & Marina Key West. Their rude and unprofessional behavior had a major negative impact on what should have been a special vacation. We chose to eat most of our meals at the resort for convenience, but unfortunately, each interaction left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. We did our best not to let it ruin our trip, but it was hard to overlook given how often we had to deal with the restaurant staff. The property itself has potential, but management needs to take a serious look at the employees representing the dining experience. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this property on our next trip to Key West. If I could rate the restaurant staff lower, I would."

"Stayed for 5 nights and it could not have been better. Amazing views of the ocean and beautiful room. We were out on the balcony more than inside. Incredibly spacious and more than enough room for our family. Very quiet and away from the craziness of duval "

"Breakfast was basic , staff was nice, didn’t experience the bar or pool. The room was a nice suite however the AC stopped working on day two and when I came back to room I found water was leaking from the ceiling unit and all over the floor and the closet smelled like urine. "
