We had a marina view which was beautiful and had a large balcony to two lounge chairs and a table with 2 chairs; great place to hang out, enjoy the weather, and have a cup of coffee. The food and drinks were well prepared and served in a timely manner. We would certainly return should our travels take us back to Key West. "

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine compassion for what we had been through. Zsofia provided us with a beautiful room that was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — especially the mattresses, which we truly appreciated after such a long day. She even arranged a taxi for us the following morning. About 30 minutes after we checked in, she thoughtfully texted to make sure everything met our expectations. Although our stay was only about six hours, it was a wonderful experience. The next morning, we walked past the pool area, which was absolutely beautiful. Joaquin kindly saw us off, and when I later texted him with a question, he responded in less than ten minutes. I would not hesitate for a second to return to this hotel."
