"Nhân viên rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ thông tin du lịch, dịch vụ cho mình. Gần khách sạn cũng có vài quán ăn, tạp hóa nên cũng không phải lo đi xa để mua đồ, ăn uống. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn vẫn chưa được chu đáo lắm. Mình tới nhận phòng rồi mà đồ dùng trong phòng vẫn chưa được chuẩn bị. Có bữa đang tắm thì hết nước nóng. Ở đây hơi nhiều muỗi, côn trùng nên tối là phải đóng cửa cẩn thận. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ sớm cải thiện những điều trên thì sẽ tuyệt vời. "

"We stayed in Villa Pepper 6. Located very close to the beach and the Bistro where breakfast was served. We had our own butler who we can WhatsApp to help arrange buggy service near the resort which was very handy. The villas were very clean and beautiful. Pool was very clean too. "For a nice resort the staff is untrained and rude. Very slow and have to wait a long time, International travelers beware of language problems and delays due to misunderstanding. So many kids at resort that I would not recommend for couples! We got an ocean view suite and the room was pretty nice but a bit dated and not cleaned too well. Smelled like cleaning fluids. Good for one night I think but that's it!"
