"What can The Piccadilly do better? When I visit…I choose The Piccadilly for these reasons: I have a comfy bed, clean bathroom, large room, clean landscape and grounds. Plus the staff is very cordial."

"This is one of worse hotel I ever booked, actually, they never allowed me to stay there because they overbooked and just canceled my reservation when I got there, they told me that I should just stay in motel 6 instead, no apologies from them for their mistake that allowed overbooked and cancelled customer reservations just houra befor I checked in, they even said since I booked through 3rd party agent like Expedia, so they are not responsible for my cancellation. I travelled all over the world and booked hotel rooms through Expedia for last 15 years, and never have single hotel cancelled my reservation because I booked through Expedia, they did called another local hotel - Holiday inn so I did get to stay the night there, even when I arrived at Holiday inn, the staffs there actually apologized for the inconvenience for the mistake that Hilton did, that just tell me that how unprofessional and rude the staffs at Hilton hotel are, I wonder what kind of training that these people got from Hilton? I share my bad experiences with Hilton Garden at Merced California so people can stay away from this terrible hotel. "

"The property is run down in desperate need of repair. Outdoor trash cans overflowed with trash because they were never emptied during our 3 night stay. Hot tub is as cold as the pool. Breakfast was not good - cold eggs and terrible coffee. Weird parking situation with the super sketchy motel next door. Rude staff. Wish we had stayed elsewhere."

"Entry and first floor were nice. 2nd floor AC was not on. So the hallway was hot and stuffy. The room furniture was dinged up everywhere I asked for a couple blankets and the hotel did not have or supply. The bathroom needed help, it was clean, but the toilet was scoured,molding at shower was peeling, bathroom door was warped, yet the floor looked new.TV had to be reset every time turned on and the remote was broken. Not a standard La Quinta at all. a bust on the lodging."

"My stay at Sonesta ES suites Fresno Yosemite was fantastic!. the staff was kind and friendly and very courteous. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and had a good variety. The chorizo and potatoes were absolutely delicious! The room was spacious. Had a full kitchen in the shower. Pressure was strong when I took my hot shower at night. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean. The best part about it was I was able to bring my pup with me on the trip and she had a cozy stay in the living room as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!"
