"Great location right off the interstate that allowed me to be close enough to Chicago to visit but calmer at night. I had a room that faced the river, which was a nice surprise. Immaculately clean spaces everywhere. Included breakfast had plenty of good options, hot and cold."

"I stayed here 7 days and asked for my room to be cleaned everyday and only 1 out of the 7 day it was cleaned and always had to go get towels myself. I will never stay here again "

"There was absolutely no parking, then we arrived late in the evening to check in and they couldn’t give us a room key and we couldn’t get the app to work because the system was down or rebooting. There for we had to have a staff member take us to our room to let us in, came back down to get bags and had them try again to get us a key card but still wouldn’t work. Therefore one person had to stay in room to be able to open the door as the other had to carry all the bags and belongings. Very disappointing as we were tired and ready to relax for the night. Breakfast in morning was the only good part of the stay."
