The pool was ice cold with black curly hairs all over making it look murky - the hot tub was not hot enough to prevent the growth of unsanitary bacteria. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The stars on the staff are only for one staff member, the one that greeted us on arrival - she was wonderful and said the same thing about the odors in our rooms. "

"This was my second time staying here. The motel is in a good location, only about 15 mins from the Alyeska ski resort. Rooms was clean and warm (I stayed in March), and I would say quiet but when you have "horses" staying next door, you here their jumping and kicking and drumming... There was coffee, tea and teamaker, microwave and fridge in the room. Checking was quick and simple. I received an sms with the details and all went well. I like the large eagle statue outside the motel."

"Beautiful location, incredible spa, and Diamond Club certainly worth it. The restaurants are okay, nothing special, but overall the resort is great. We went for skiing, but definitely plan to make another trip during summer season. Indoor pool and hot tub were great for taking our toddler."
