"The lodge is huge but the rooms are small. The highlight of this place is the Nordic Spa. We were amazed at how cool that was. Hot tubs, pools, cold plunge pools, saunas and steam rooms all over the forest. We had a great time there. The grill/bar was good and we had a great stay there."

"Great place! We had a double queen water view room, that was awesome. You could see the marina and onward. The room was clean, the beds were comfy (a little bouncy though). They had a small coffee pot. No mini fridge which was a bummer for storing my kids’ milks, but you could buy more from the lobby fridge. We stayed during the week, so not sure if this is different on weekends, but the restaurant opened at 11am. Although there was a separate cafe open within quick walking distance. The hotel is also pretty close to the cruise tours. We did Lazy Otter. You could walk it (~1/2mi), but we drove. Parking for hotel is the big gravely area across street. Not a lot of space but also other people parked terribly, decreasing the space. All in all, solid experience. We would stay again."

"Stayed there for two nights only, it was excellent. At the front desk Michael was very helpful. Any request or services requested were promptly attended, within minutes. The rooms were clean, spacious and had all amenities. Airport shuttle is a bonus . The only thing I can think of is the location. A bit away from shops and restaurants."

"We arrived late, so the office was closed, but it was still easy to find our cabin and navigate the property. We opened our window and fell asleep to the sounds from the creek behind our cabin. In the morning, we watched the ducks in the pond while we drank our coffee on the deck. The bathrooms and washrooms were spacious and clean. I wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed in the Cottonwood Valley cabin, which is the last cabin on the path around the pond. The path around the pond is not a full loop, so you have to walk all the way around. The path is not long, and we left most of our things in our car, but this could be a helpful detail for others renting this cabin."
