"The Clarence Gardens Hotel is really good,the staff are all very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend this hotel ,we had a sea view room,fir the break fast you had a really good selection of food, would highly recommend thus hotel."

Only quibble was the very low beams in the top floor bedroom and the window didn’t open very well."

"It was a lovely stay, the hotel is very nice indeed, lovely staff as well, all very helpful, the room was really lovely and the bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good too, lovely shower. "
"The food and staff are absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful with a canopy bed and a sitting area which was a welcoming area to relax after a day of sightseeing. It's also very well positioned for day adventures to the coast and York. The management team were also very visible for information and they even arranged my laundry. I would like to mention the food. The kitchen staff did a wonderful job as did the wait staff and housekeeping.
