It is situated right in the center of the city and is within walking distance of shops and sights. My parents also loved the hotel. It came highly recommended and lived up to its reputation. "We stayed for one night before our flight out of Turin airport. The staff was tremendously friendly and helpful. We rented one of the apartments, we need a king for my husband and I and a separate bed for our 14 year old son. It was a sofa bed but more comfortable than most. One challenge was with one keycard to turn on the electric in the room, when my husband left to get items from the car he took the key set to get back in and once the card was removed we lost lights to the unit while I was showering. This may be an easy fix of asking for two sets of keys. We did not since we were only there for such a brief time. Thought it was worth mentioning. Also, street parking was busy and difficult to find. When I messaged staff they said that directly in front of the hotel is reserved hotel parking between some orange and white cones. I should have asked this earlier. Hope this information helps the next one looking to park. "
