"This was no where near a 4* hotel as advertised. No water or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, cheap toiletries, very tired room with multiple scuff marks on the walls and missing tiling in the bathroom, and only lukewarm water in the shower. The free breakfast was very disappointing, with cured meats clearly out of date, and yogurts which were out of date from a week earlier. We arrived at 9.30am (breakfast was advertised as finishing at 10am) to find most of the food had already gone and were told it was not going to be replenished. The only saving grace was that the bedding and bathroom were very clean. "
