Awesome stay!

Terrific hotel close yo the train station and very easy to get around. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Service was excellent. Breakfast had a great variety of foods and service was amazing. All the staff were great, especially Anduena. Very friendly and always on the go.

Clean rooms, annoying buzzers through the night

The hotel is in a good location, within easy walking distance of all the sights and the river. Our room was clean and spacious. We were disappointed that there was no EV charger on site despite it being advertised as having one. We ended up charging on the street a few streets over. The underground car park was having work on the gate done the next day so we had to get up early and move our car out of it by 8am. Our parking was discounted 50% as a result. There was some work being done in the corridor along from our room and the corridors need freshening up. We moved some cleaning stuff in a bag that had been left in the corridor and it was still there the next day. We didn’t get much sleep due to some kind of buzzer/ alarm going off every twenty minutes for the entire night. Not sure what it was but it was really annoying! So overall, a good spot, but I’d expect more from Best Western.

5 minutes walk out of the left hand side of the station if you exit a train, don't go to the front of the station to exit. Hotel on a quietish street, yes there are trams and buses going past the door but they don't bother you. Hotel clean, well kept, staff pleasant. Breakfast is not included for everyone, we took it one morning but went to a local cafe the second day as it wasn't the best. I would stay here again if I was in the area

The property was very clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. However, the room was incredibly small and there were a few issues, such as the curtains not closing fully. The heating system also made our room incredibly warm when we were out and we had to turn on the air-conditioning and open the windows to cool the room down which went against being eco-friendly. However, the hotel is in a good location with easy access to the city centre (20 minute walk) and to Porta Nuova station where you can catch a bus to the airport (10 minute walk).
