"This hotel exceeded my expectations in all aspects. The reception was very welcoming. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. I used the pool facilities and that was very good too. The breakfast had everything you would want. It was excellent value for money. All the staff were wonderful"

"Rushton Hall was a simply stunning property with beautiful original features and gorgeous bedrooms. The staff were Incredibly attentive and helpful, especially Ruby on reception. The food was excellent, and the ambience extremely peaceful and relaxing. The spa is undergoing some building works but the indoor facilities were still available. The grounds are extensive and the lake was a lovely place to simply sit and watch the local wildlife. I will definitely be returning."

"We had a pleasant stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry. The hotel was comfortable overall and the breakfast was very good, with a good selection of options for the family. The main downside is that the hotel feels quite dated in places and could benefit from some refurbishment. The gym changing room was particularly disappointing โ it was very small and the floors were not as clean as we would have expected. Unfortunately, this put our children off using the leisure facilities. With some investment in updating the hotel and improving the cleanliness and size of the gym changing facilities, this could be a much stronger family stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and found the staff and hotel pleasant, but the leisure facilities could definitely be improved."

"We were in the Paddock Annex building. The entrance to accommodations at ground level had wind blown leaves everywhere, these encroached inside and should have been swept up. Apart form that a very enjoyable stay and will visit again"
