"The staff were really helpful. I was placed near the stairs and much later on in the night, it was really noisy and the doors banged loudly. I had already have my review stating it was quite which was incorrect. I think having to pay £10 to use the amenities was a bit too much. I didn't get to do much as we had a busy schedule. The conference rooms need an upgrade as it was dated, the windows were rotting and there was a very misty smell. Overall it was nice and it helped that the majority of the staffs were really friendly and helpful."

"Lovely 2 night stay, great value via Expedia. Was in the area for a concert at Warwick Arts, visits to Kenilworth Castle and Stoneleigh and proved ideal location. Not at all snooty or stuffy like some country hotels. Clean modern bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, pleasant walks from hotel, well equipped gym. Lots of hotels in this area, glad we chose this one."

"Generally, had a lovely family break at this hotel. lovely and helpful staff, good variety of breakfast choices. No matter who you spoke too, night staff, day staff, staff at the fitness/spa centre, they were all very courteous and paid attention to our needs/queries and met them On discovering our room's air-condition was not working in the 1st night, they were apologetic and quickly got us fans that night as it past midnight and swapped our rooms early the next day. Kids enjoyed swimming while we enjoyed the hottub and sauna"
