Parts of the hotel could do with some tlc, but the breakfast room, dining room and bar area were lovely and the food was great. We liked the gardens with the river at the bottom. "An amazing gem of a place. Such a dreamy location in the middle of a Glen with the hills all around and a river at the end of a beautiful, well maintained garden. We loved all the bluebells and the wild deer that came so close. Sitting on the patio outside of our room in the morning, listening to the bird song was so peaceful. The room was big and clean and the staff were so friendly. We really enjoyed our breakfast - it used high quality produce. There are many things to see nearby too including Kilchurn Castle, Conan Kirk and it's not too far to Oban. We hope to stay again!"
