"we had an easy check in although it was a trek to the room up to the 5th floor then walk along to another wing and take the floor to another level although it was definately worth it once we arrived in the room. the facilities in the room were lovely couldnt fault them, we were exhausted 1.30am when we checked in. "Very impressed with the attitude and helpful staff at The Copthorne- it’s very difficult during COVID but Peter and Toni do their best to ensure everything available is explained fully and keep a smile on their face throughout! All the staff were very very pleasant and the hotel might require an update after the covid recovery but it’s very clean warm comfortable and value for money Thank you "

"We stayed one night, the car park is free and is located behind the Crawley's High Street. The price was quite low for a well-known brand like Ramada, but the hotel looks a little bit unmaintained and the fact that we didn't had hot water at all made us not being too surprised about it."

"Booked a triple room for 3 male adults , tried giving us a double bed with a pull out bed , and he said i booked the incorrect room even though my booking confirmation states 3 adults and 3 single beds ,asked for another pull out bed or a quilt so 1 lad could sleep on the floor and they said no and if we dont like it leave , I am absolutely disgusted with the male receptionist , Worst so called hotel ever been to"
