"Wow! This hotel was wonderful. We had a horrible stay the night before in Cologne and arrived via train quite early so we could visit the Christmas markets. It was raining and we were tired. Upon arrival, we had only intended to drop off our bags but, to our surprise, both of our rooms were ready early so we were able to check in! The rooms were fabulous and had everything you could have wanted. The staff was wonderful. The property was beautiful. Could not more highly recommend staying here."

"Overall good stay… Check-in process was a little confusing as the building has a couple different doors. Parking was a challenge. We weren’t happy with housekeeping. The first day we were asked if we needed more towels. I said no but I didn’t realize housekeeping wouldn’t come at all that day. The second day housekeeping came but didn’t change our bed sheets. My son got a bloody nose and it was still the same sheet used for his bed. Breakfast was good, but we would have liked some fruit as well. Location was excellent, right next to a Christmas market and in the center of town. The hosts were very friendly. "

"The property is very nice. The breakfast included was wonderful. The town of Keidrich is about 5 minutes away and has so many wonderful restaurants. My only complaint would be the view. When we booked, the room says valley view but since our room was on a lower level it actually overlooks the driveway and the parking lot. All night long, you can hear cars driving up. I think if we had a higher level room it would have been more enjoyable. "
