"We loved our two nights stay at Melfort House. It was peaceful idyll that restored us somewhat as we were nearing the end of our road trip through Scotland. "The food was great, we had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and everything was really good. We spent a lot of time on the patio off our room, which was beautiful, and walked along the stream/river at the back of the hotel lawn. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We were very happy with our stay."
