Safety and comfort is more important. "

"All the motels in Phoenix were running $500 plus a night and they were getting booked up fast. I finally found the Red Roof Inn Plus that had decent reviews and wasn't going to break the bank. I booked a King room. A day later, I found out my granddaughter was coming with us. I messaged the motel and asked if i could get a double bed room or a rollaway bed. They accommodated me immediately with a double bed. After we got to the motel, we found out the next morning that the shower head was broken. We were able to shower but the water wasn't spraying well. We told the front desk and by the time we got back ro the room that evening, the shower was fixed, the room was cleaned and fresh towels were in the room. This motel treated us great. "

"The air conditioning was effective, but so loud you couldn't hear the TV. The TV wasn't a SMART TV so I couldn't sign into my Netflix account. The parking was safe and easy.
