"OUR REGULAR PLACE. WE GO REGULARLY ONCE OR 2 X AYEAR. STAFF VERY HELPFULL. WE LOVE THE SUITES BLDG BY HIGGS BEACH. ONLY LITTLE ISSUE IS THAT THE BATHROOMS ARE TOO SMALL FOR THE SIZE SUITE. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by how beautiful all the areas were – from the well-maintained grounds to the elegant interiors. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. However, the pool area and bar could use some improvement. Both seemed understaffed during my stay, which led to delays in service and made it hard to fully enjoy those amenities. With a few more employees, the experience would be much smoother. Overall, it's a lovely place with great potential. I’d definitely return, especially if service at the pool and bar improves."
