"The front desk employee was very kind to come and get the fridge working. Not sure why the guest needs to pull out the fridge and turn a knob? No one would even know to do that. But the front desk was very helpful. The device at the parking lot gates where you waive your room key to enter is not close enough to access without leaving your vehicle to waive the key resulting in the gate closing before you can enter after jumping back into my car. I had to drive thru the other side since that gate was open. Either move the key entry or keep the gate up longer. LOVE that you are pet friendly!"

"The staff was really nice and very helpful. The facilty was also really nice and very well kept. It was too cold for the pool but, it looked very clean. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We did think the shower needed a good scrubbing- the shower floor was very dirty. Also, make sure you check for supplies immediately. We only had 1 roll offs toilet paper for our entire stay, one lamp didn't have a light bulb and the other was blown out but, as soon as we asked they have us the supplies right away. Somebody was at the desk all night. The continental breakfast was nice; your average continental- toast, cereal, bagels. We didn't touch the oranges or apples as they were both mushy and expired. Other than those couple minor things, that were quickly fixed, the place is a great weekend stay. "

"The room appeared clean, but had a smell as if it had been smoked in, even though it was non smoking. Every time we walked out of the room or to the car, we would smell marijuana really bad. This is an extended stay so people live there but there should be rules for them. People were just walking around property in bath robes, no shirts, dogs off leashes, etc. I get it may be their temporary home, but It’s still a hotel stay for the rest of us so there should have been rules for those kinds of things. With that being said, we didn’t feel comfortable and checked out the same day. Little to no amenities. One small bottle of shampoo- no conditioner, body wash or hair dryer. So we would have needed to go and spend more money on those things from a store had we continued our stay there but we left the first night and never stayed. The staff was friendly, but it was everything else around us that could use some work. "

"Everything was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly, everyone seemed to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of amazing. The beds were super comfortable, very clean rooms with housekeeping service whenever you need it. The breakfast was good, and the complimentary hot tea and coffee 24/7 was so nice to have. Overall, we will definitely be staying here again for any future visits. Thank you to the amazing staff! "
