The desk associate appeared miserable. He greeted me with just a stare. All he said was I shouldn't have brought my dog into the lobby. I felt like I was an inconvenience to him. I regret not exploring other options

Showed up after paying almost 100$ for a room just to open the door to a room that was a complete disaster dirty and looked like someone had literally just left from . Spoke with manager and her said give him 20-30 minutes it’ll be resolved waited almost an hour for no one to ever even touch the room . Don’t waste your time or money here unless you like living like a slob

Food options are limited but not bad and bed comfort is HORRIBLE ! they bed bugs and spiders. TWO buildings are INFESTED with roaches. They dont clean the room formal. They dont wash the bedding or the rooms unless it is REAL visible stains and they use the same towels, bedding in the room. They OVER PRICED. Pool never opens. The staff is RACIST, RUDE AND NASTY PEOPLE AND SO IS THE OWNER. They would rather none payers to walk around begging to be on the property instead of honest people who paying for rooms to be there. They will anything to be mean towards you for or to try to block you from booking there. They give everyone a different set of prices and they will take the price up when you come to extend at the desk so it's better to do all bookings online. They also have LOTS of people selling drugs, women selling their bodies and trafficking there and YES THEY ARE AWARE OF IT! Which is why they dont want regular people there. If you have kids, watch them closely because they like to say little smart things towards them or use them also as a way to say you are blocked from being here because your kids. I have plenty of photos, videos, witnesses and proof.

Had issues with toilet not flushing . Had to move three times over the course of being here . Heat and air unit went out took them while to replace . Then they replaced it . And then the plug on it almost caught fire have pictures of all this cord burn up had to have them give me portable heater due to no maintenance on property . Wanted us to move to same room came out of due to no more double Beds
