É um hotel que precisa se adequar as necessidades dos hóspedes. Nessa época de frio, possui clientes que passam o dia na neve e se molham bastante. Senti falta de um espaço para secar roupa, seja dentro do quarto com varais no banheiro ou ganchos para pendurar casacos e roupas molhadas no quarto. Poderia ter serviço de secagem de roupa...

"Fantastic location, friendly staff, great food. If the Serenity concept is to work, the management has to decide: either an adults-only hotel or a separate playground for children. This needs to be improved, as the children otherwise are always loud with everyone."
