"Will not stay again. Parking was not available on ground floor due to an issue that was not explained to me. Hotel had us park at lot next door that with horrible lighting, stairs only so not handicap accessible and no elevator for luggage, not connected to hotel requiring us to walk around the dumpster to get to the hotel door and after ice this morning, surface area and stairs were slippery and not treated AND the hotel charged us for the parking. I’ve stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions due to underground ground, will never stay here again. Parking was not accessible and unsafe. Completely unacceptable. "
