Cotia Centro Hotels near São Paulo

"The hotel was Good and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was fresh and had a big variety. My only two issues with the hotel were the following: 1. It’s advertised that the staff speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese However during our entire stay we didn’t encounter any staff who spoke any language other than Portuguese. Which is fine but don’t advertise you have trilingual employees if you don’t. 2. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm at night and the room they gave us was dirty. And I don’t mean it wasn’t cleaned properly, I mean that the cleaning staff never cleaned up after the previous tenants left the room. So at 10pm after 12h of traveling we have to go back and forth with the front desk (who only spoke Portuguese) to try to explain that the room was dirty. No big deal but it feels like it when you’re tired and annoyed 😂"

"Eu tenho varios feedbacks sobre o hotel e vou enumera-los por area. 1) O restaurante tem um menu muito pobre no servico a la carte; 2) O staff é bem cortês e amavel; 3)O quarto em geral é razoavel. Faltam gavetas para pessoas que vao ficar varios dias e nao querem deixar roupas em malas. O espaco é muito pequeno para roupas; 4)O banheiro é a pior parte: Muito pequeno e nada comodo. O suporte de papel higienico é muito long do sanitario e nem todas as pessoas conseguem alcançar. A pia nao tem espaco pra colocar nada. O supplies de shampo, etc não sao bons e o pior é o sistema do chuveiro. Em 9 dias não consegui tomar um banho em menos de 35 minutos porque a agua não regula nunca. Ou é fria / gelada ou é quente escaldante. Voces precisam solucionar este sistema. É horrível. É um sistema velho e nada agradavel. Ja viajei por muito paises e nos ultimos 10 anos não tinha esta experiencia com chuveiros tão ruim."

"Location was between the business district and the historic center, so easy access to both. Breakfast was good. Good value overall."

"Property ok but staff is poorly trained and most are new and have no idea what they are doing. BAD MANAGEMENT. Do Not open a voucher for your expenses at the hotel, it is worthless as I found out in the restaurant. Prices at the restaurant OUTRAGEOUS ! I had a business meeting one afternoon with 2 business associates. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took them about 15 minutes to get us 3 machine derived coffee's and 2 about 7oz. bottles of water, cost $18.oo USD ! On top of that they would not charge to the room even though I had a voucher open for $150.oo... Included Breakfast ample but dining room overly crowded for breakfast. This hotel caters to large groups of group meetings. Staff at reception ill trained and always large amount of people trying to check in and check out, really slow they have no idea what they are doing. Other issues at reception also. Question? Would I stay here again, NO ! Too many other property's that are better in the area."

"La habitación era muy pequeña, se escuchaba mucho el sonido de la habitación continua y del pasillo. Si no hablas portugués, cuidado, el personal tiene poca disposición para entender o comunicarse de una manera más atenta si no eres hablante del idioma. Tomé de desayuno unos pequeños panqués tiesos, de verdad duros, que no me pude comer. La variedad de alimentos del desayuno no fue atractiva para mí, en otros hoteles y lugares de la zona estaban mucho mejor. "
