"Great staff. Tasty late night food and breakfast. Quiet room. Near a few restaurants and Walmart. Under a mile from airport/casino/rental cars. Worked perfect as a jumping off point after a long travel day. "

"The hotel has a luggage room were we could drop off our bags before check-in time. This was extremely helpful as I we got there a few hours before check-in time. The staff was friendly and gave us coupons to eat at Dennis across the street. In the evening they have a shuttle service where you can select from four different locations for dinner...this is a free service! We went to El Patio and had a great meal at La Calle restaurant. Will certainly stay here again next time we visit."

"This property is absolutely lovely and well maintained. There is a lot to explore, many trails, ponds, gardens and fields. A variety of birds and other wildlife are easy to see. The pools, are sparkling clean, and the staff were all helpful and courteous. The view is spectacular, right at the base of Arenal volcano. The food in the cafe is very good for breakfast which was included in our stay."

"Last night stay before flying out in the morning. Easy & convenient check in and shuttle to the airport in the morning. Enjoyed the pool (not much shade) and had excellent burgers for dinner. An Amercialn Airlines flight was delayed overnight and the hotel got busy but from what I could see the service was still great. Buffet breakfast in the monrng had good choices. The room is not exceptionally large but has everything you need including seating table, storage etc. and is modern and enjoyable"
