"One of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Fabulous setting, glorious views, wonderful facilities, helpful staff. The works! Lots to see and do, but really the trick is it's OK to do nothing and just breathe. We're already planning a return trip. Honestly...look at the pictures and just go!"

"This hotel is stunning and the service was above and beyond. Free parking and spacious grounds. The only note for parents is that children can only access the pool between 10:30-12 pm. This hotel was amazing and I’d stay again."

"You really couldn’t ask for a better resort with young children. I have seen this hotel for years and it definitely lived up to the hype. My two kids never ran out of stuff to do. We had a three bedroom villa and it was absolutely perfect. I really enjoyed the seafood pasta at both restaurants and the kids menus were diverse to cater to any preferences. We spent a lot of time at the resort, but also left to go to neighboring towns and it is a beautiful area to explore if you have a car."

"Hotel is in disrepair and this once beautiful hotel is falling apart. The landscaping is overgrown and out door seating broken and unusable. The advertised elevator was out of service and luggage had to be carried to the second floor, staff did not offer to help. There was evidence of water damage in the hallways and the carpet ripped in frequently used areas. Not as advertised…"

"WOW!! Simply incredible. We have never been so relaxed. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with someone to look after us, to the moment we left we were well looked after. This is a luxury hotel with amazing rooms, the resort is so peaceful with gorgeous surroundings. It is a perfect place to sit or enjoy the spa and let time go by. 10/10 we loved our stay here"

"Disappointing. We did not get what we booked and paid for. The room description was for one of the larger rooms with a sofa chair, and a bathtub. Pictures also showed a balcony/deck area. Our room was tiny, no chair, no deck and no bathtub. Being 7 months pregnant I was very much looking forward to soaking in the tub so I was quite disappointed when our room only had a shower. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs, and it was so hard my husband and I both woke up sore in the morning. We were unable to shower in the morning as there was no running water in the room. We couldn’t even rinse our toothbrushes or have a sip of water as we couldn’t get even a drop out. The only reason I had three stars was because the breakfast was great. Huge selection and it all tasted very good. Also we were intrigued by the pictures of the library and viewing their large selection of books. We were surprised to find that all of the books were locked behind glass doors so we couldn’t even view them. Overall I am very dissatisfied with our stay here. It was overpriced and the room descriptions were either false or we were given an incorrect room. "
