"The stay was amazing and we got upgraded, which was amazing and not sure how it happened, but it was amazing! The Valet service, specifically Addison was incredible. They could improve on how their luggage is stored and retrieved. I was there for a conference, so we stored our luggage until after the last meeting on the last day. There was a complete bottle neck of people trying to get their luggage, people trying to get off and into the elevator, into and out of the hotel. They could have used a few more helpers as well."

"I have been staying here when I come to town and they literally treat you like family. I say it’s my home away from home. Very peaceful and laid back atmosphere. The breakfast is A1. Hands down the best coffee. I have No desire to lodge anywhere else when in Cornelius/Lake Norman. They are renovating the property but that’s not ever been a problem either. Try it out. They will not disappoint!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️殺"

"Seem to be issuses with room keys every time we stay here .. who want to keep walking back and forth to the front desk after they keep handing you a new room key ..and it still doesn’t work. 3 trips to front desk before I even was able to enter my room .. ugh what a headache "
