One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The place is immaculate and the staff is amazing. The pool is fun and relaxing. Breakfast is better than average and the location is close to shops, shopping centre and restaurants. It was supposed to be a one night stay but I ended up booking 2 more nights. The hotel is luxurious and aptly named The Monarch Hotel. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Staff is the best! Clean spacious room, also modern and hitech with netflix. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. Curtains are good. Bathrooms are excellent. Great location near camp john hay the rooms are nice especially the forest view rooms which are very quiet and have their own balconies. Food is good and for me this is the best new hotel in baguio right now. I will definitely come back soon

It was amazing stay, the location is very accesible, literally few steps from mines view, walking distance from good sheperd, there are near store and 7 eleven as well, quiet away from the city. The unit was very clean and with compelete ameneties, such as heated water, wifi, utensils and cookingware as well. And props to sir Alvin, very accomodating and hospitable. Highly recommend this place

I wish there is an electric fan other than the air cool mist one. But you can request to put ice in the air cooler. It's not that hot but not cold as well without the ice. But overall i liked my stay and the interior is very nice and fancy.

Clean room nice staff good food

Courteous professional and attentive staff. They will give you the room of your choice when available ASAP. Free unlimited cups of coffee and ice in the lobby, hot and cold water dispenser in each floor, daily buffet breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows. Impeccably clean everywhere. Free high speed Wi-Fi in the lobby, even work tables for the business traveler! What more could you ask for? Truly the best hotel located in a nice quiet part of the city.

Perfect getaway stay for Baguio. Once you get to Loakan, use Waze! As getting there the first time is a bit tricky.

Overall it was a very comfortable stay. The staff of the hotel did everything they could so it would be a relaxing stay despite the current situation. It was not my first time staying in the Manor but would definitely go back.

Surrounding is awesome. Security guards are very helpful and respectful. Rooms are ok.. Just need an additional chair. Breakfast needs more variation and fchoicqs

Our stay in Forest Lodge was great. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The Wifi in the room could have been better

The whole Building is Clean inside and Out.. Staff is on time when we arrived and when we check out she was quick 👍

I came here with my family and I was really happy that the place was homey. I loved how we felt it was just like home because there were not so many people. The amenities were available and you can use it for free. We got the executive room and it was really big enough to accomodate 8 pax. The room was not like a posh hotel room, but it was clean and it smelled good. It was also located in our fave Camp John Hay and we loved how quiet the place is. We loved our stay and I will definitely come...

Place - Facilities and Amneities were very clean and nice. Good ambience. HAve a mini playgorund for kids and some activities for the kids to enjoy such as decorating cakes/cupcakes, etc. Staff- The most courteous and friendly staff ever. They are all nice and very accomodating. Food - Not really satisfied with their food. Needs improvement.

The place is exceptionally clean and tidy! Very comfortable! We felt like it’s really a home away from home. The manager is excellent and very accommodating! We will surely come. Highly recommended!
