"Lady at the front desk was so nice.... until i told her my AC didn't work properly and my toilet didn't flush correctly, either. She told me she could only move me once and made it seem like it was a problem. She then tried to convince me that it wasn't a problem but if I'm moved then that's another room that has to be reset to be rented and they were filling up quickly... and while i understand, I am still a customer that's already on the property telling you that there's something wrong and it's a problem to fix my issue? I was also double charged (still waiting on that to be fixed, as well.) Otherwise, the rooms i rented were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were perfection for our aches from driving across the country! Just stop making people feel horrible for wanting properly functioning air conditioning and toilets. (I fixed your toilet, myself, by the way-- you're welcome.)"

"The overall stay was excellent, except for bathroom door. It is a sliding door with a gap at the end which allows visual access into the bathroom. Needs a strip down the sides of door to block view. Traveling with spouse was ok but if sharing a room with family or friend this would be unacceptable. "

"We were stuck on the freeway for 5 hours because of a semi truck pileup, and we called saying we might get in way late or miss our reservation all together...they told us they had terrible cancellation policies and couldn't help us. We pulled in at nearly 7am, for our one night stay on our way to a farther destination, and it was past checkin. No refunds or anything. Something completely out of our control. We slept in our cars on the interstate and had to continue on our way."

"Not family friendly. Dirty and old building with cracks in the tubs and walls. One room had no hot water while another had water so hot it will severely burn you. The staff was nice though as we had to change rooms. "
