The staff was wonderful and the manager is new. However, The beds were very old spring beds with no toppers or anything in extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. If you have any back issues, this is a hard pass. The room is in much need of updating, as there are no USB outlets or many accessible plugs.

I did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. Staff was very nice and helpful. There are restaurant's close by. The breakfast was wonderful. Rooms clean and the hotel has been well cared for. I would stay here again.

Stay was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast really hit the spot, tasty. We're always hoping for better coffee at the breakfast bar, it was just ok. We'd definitely stay here again. Plenty of space to walk the dogs too.

Well lit parking lot and they take dogs. I love this place - very clean and I always stay here on my annual cross country trip. Lovely staff to boot! I feel very safe here and when out walking my dogs. LOVE this hotel.

The hotel was clean and room was very nice ,comfortable...and inviting. But on my arrival, they claimed I had to run my credit card as Hotels.com showed no payment!, but on review of statement, it was there! Hotels.com price $136.26, Front desk charged my card $143.55, 2 times! hoping Hotels.com sorts this out!

The property was generally fairly clean but it was very worn and outdated. The carpeting between the beds was ripped, the beds were old, soft and poorly made and the furniture was old scuffed and in need of replacement. In general, not what we would expect from Holiday Inn. The staff, however, were pleasant and helpful.

We were placed at the end of the hall near the exit, which made it easy to walk my two dogs. There’s plenty of grassy area outside and I felt safe walking them at night. I had a problem with my reservation, which was Expedia’s fault not the property’s. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation. It took several minutes to get a representative from Expedia, but as soon as I did, my issue was resolved quickly and professionally by both the Expedia representative and the property representative. I would stay here again.

The hotel staff told us this hotel had not been renovated. The mattresses were very springy. The door to the room slammed shut every time it was open. The part that makes it close slowly was broken. Rust in bathroom. Water pressure was good in the shower and the hot water lasted a good while. The breakfast is okay. No bacon. No cheese omelettes. But they do have scrambled eggs and sausage links.

It was fairly close to our great nephews wedding venue. It was a nice clean establishment. The breakfast was the traditional cereal, bagel, waffle, egg and sausage breakfast. Nothing special but edible. The staff was very polite. I would stay again.
