"A bit run down, could well do with a major facelift. Breakfast like a 3 star diner at best. Ok to stay for a night or two for business but wouldn't recommend for longer stays. Well located right next to the I95 and a bunch of dining options right next door. All the staff was nice and helpful."

"Second stay at Riverside Hotel. Initial stay was in the tower and it was enjoyable. We needed two beds this time and was assigned to the first floor. The room was very noisy. Surprisingly, the noise was unbearable based on the neighboring rooms and not from the outside. I would avoid the lower floors ..."
