"Hotel was okay. Not in the best area. Had to walk to a gas station and didn't feel super safe. Hotel was definitely aged in my opinion and I didn't love putting my face on the towels. No breakfast was a real bummer. "

" I was charged an early check-in, and our room was located right next to ongoing construction, making it impossible to sleep, yet we were still billed as usual. Additionally, any charges for cocktails and food included an automatic 18% gratuity, which was not disclosed to customers. If guests aren't aware, they might end up tipping twice."

"This is an old hotel and we were disappointed in this property, which supposed to be part of the an Accor group. The room was ok, but bed had no support and was lumpy, the linens are poor in quality (sheets, pillows and blanket) and the towels were non-absorbent. We heard planes until the late hours of the night and there was a party somewhere in the hotel with heavy bass music and lots of people yelling. If any of these things are important to you for a good night’s rest, take a pass! "
