"Had everything you need for a no frills stay. I had one of those adjoining door rooms which wasn't locked and someone from next door walked in which wasn't great but apart from that it was comfortable."

"Staff was very nice and accommodating although we didn’t need any special assistance. Proximity was Good, loved being so close to Nyhavn. Buffet breakfast was delicious, nice bar and “Shrimp” was also nice. The hallways were a little tight with our luggage. I would stay here again."

"I chose the hotel because it is close to the train station and decently priced. I was very happy with my choice. On my way to the station, I discovered a fantastic coffee shop (original coffee). The hotel is well located for town as well. There were plenty of bikes to borrow, but I chose to walk everywhere. The rooms are very small although they do have two chairs in them as well as a desk. There were three hangers on a rail. You can hear everything from the bathroom in the room, so if you are going with someone, make sure you know them well. The walls between the rooms are thin, but everyone seemed aware of this and considerate."

"We stayed in the larger room with an amazing view from the 9th floor. It is just big enough, nothing extra. All facilities you need, even a little desk to work on. I would say the only minus was having to climb over my husband out of bed since the bed is up to the wall. Actually under the window, which gave me a beautiful view before sleeping and waking up! The breakfast buffet at the top floor, was very good and the coffee was excellent. We really enjoyed sipping that good coffee with the amazing view to all directions. The location is perfect, you have everything you need for exploring center Copenhagen. We loved strolling down by the water. The Central Train station is next door, with easy access to trains and the metro if you want to travel further. The staff was helpful and nice. So we can highly recommend this hotel unless you crave a really big room for yourself. The design of the hotel is also visually pleasing which adds to the experience."

"The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms well, you know, a room is a room. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked, the shower head was of the rainfall style with a separate handheld wand. Nothing really to complain about, just nothing over the top amazing either. The mini-bar is located inside a cabinet and things weren't really cold, just kind of cool. I could feel the hot air from the compressor trying to escape the cabinet so we just left the cabinet door open the whole time we were there. The frig cooled down nicely after that. On a side note, Expedia said this particular room that we booked had a refrigerator, not a mini-bar stocked full of stuff. Hotel personnel told me no rooms have refrigerators, just the mini-bar. We ended up taking most everything out and put to the side, putting our own supplies in and then putting all their stuff back before we left. We were on the water side of the hotel and had a little (very little) balcony. It was big enough for two people to stand and watch the goings on, but not big enough for a chair. Everyone went out of their way for us except for maybe the room service. We had a little incident where we got a little blood on the bed so we requested room service, which we weren't going to do during our stay. Well, they made the bed but didn't change the sheets. The next day we stripped the bed so they had no choice. They also removed a chipped coffee cup and never replaced it, I had to get one from downstairs."
