The staff were excellent. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Location is also excellent, 15 mins walk to nearest metro, 10 mins to Nyhavn.

Nice quiet stay. Very clean, helpful and friendly staff. We didn't do the breakfast buffet, but it was quite popular. We just walked to one of the many coffee/bakery shops near to the Strand.

Great location. The room was clean, everything I needed. Very thoughtfully designed room. I had a great time. My room was very close to the elevator, but I didn't hear any noise. The location was very close to the main tourist attraction and metro, but not too close enough to have the crowd. Right along the canal.
