"Lovely quiet location, friendly staff, tidy room. Limited choice for dining but fine for a couple of nights stay. Breakfast, good choice and good value.
Perfect for our visit ti Cannon Hall farm."
"I’ve stayed here many times. Rooms are clean, tidy and well looked after. The TV is very small though, so if you want to watch something, it could be a bit of a challenge.
The hotel is in a safe countryside area. I like that there’s nothing else around, but others might prefer more nearby.
Hot fresh breakfast is good, but the coffee isn’t great. I’d like to see more fruit and yoghurt options as I don’t eat a full breakfast.
I’ll happily stay again.

"the room had a smell like old appliances smell, the wall in the bath tub were not cleaned and I had no hot water in the middle of the night around 1am as I wanted to shower after a long wedding day. Overall stay was okay"
"Review should realistically be between average and good. Staff were great and very friendly/helpful. It was good for the price. Room is clean but the bed mattress was so uncomfortable. Noisy as God knows what was going on in the alley my room backed onto. Breakfast was great. "

"Very friendly, yet professional staff, also very efficient, the room was exceptionally clean, in all areas and all the room facilities were excellent........there was an excellent choice for breakfast, catering for everyone, everything was fresh, the cooked food was hot and a great choice of drinks, hot and cold.......we didn't use the bar, but it looked very clean with a good range of drinks.......all in all a very enjoyable stay and we'll definitely be back, thank you.
