"A group of us stayed for a weekend around a wedding. Excellent communication from booking onwards. A couple of tiny niggles were sorted straight away Everything was clean and we all had enough room (not your typical holiday let without enough room to open a suitcase)"

"We stayed there for 2 nights this spring. Very comfy bed. Great shower. Good location."

"The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!"

"A gorgeous boutique hotel. Great location on the High Street in Lyndhurst. A brilliant base for exploring the New Forest and surrounding areas. All of the staff are friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Buffet breakfast very yummy and plenty of it, along with massive pots of tea and coffee. The weather was glorious, so we were able to sit in the garden and enjoy cocktails, which are 2-4-1 3pm to 6pm daily. Thank you The Crown Manor House, we will be back and will recommend you without hesitation."

"Beautiful building in a quiet location. The staff were very helpful especially the receptionist Natalie who was very understanding over my predicament of maybe needing a room if my Dad was released from hospital late that same day. Good breakfast. Fan in room which I used as it was warm. "

Mercure White Hart Hotel Salisbury and Apartments

"The location is ideal for walking around Salisbury. The check in team were extremely helpful and professional. There is a beautiful courtyard area with flower tubs and a lovey mature tree in the centre to get shade. The seating was also very good. I breakfast was lovely with a good selection of hot and cold food. All the staff were very polite and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay again. "

"Great location, easy to walk around Salisbury. Parking in road was chargeable during day. Good advice from reception. Breakfast was decent. Showers were great. Rooms a bit squashed into an old building. So plenty of steps and a maze of corridors! Overall really good."

"From check in to check out, I cannot fault my stay here. This hotel had been recommended to me by several friends, and they weren't wrong. A warm welcome from the receptionist on arrival. A lovely, spacious room, comfy bed and large shower. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent. The food delicious, reasonable bar prices as well Breakfast was excellent and checkout seemless. I'd happily stay here again. If you are coming here, even for just a meal; do book a table in advance as they get very busy and you can see why. "
