"Nice hotel dinner menu limited"

"Got a room with a large double bed enclosed by 3 walls. One way in. One way out. No place to put luggage unless you like the floor. Never seen a bathroom with a toilet so close to the shower I almost tripped on it twice. I guess it's great for a single as they don't have to crawl over and wake anyone to get out of bed for the bathroom during the night."

"Deadbolt to leave the room jammed and I could not exit. Attempted to call front desk and realized there was no phone in room. Finally made it out and all hotel did was move my room, no offer of an upgrade of compensation. Checked out a day early and they still charged the full stay. "

"This hotel is in a fantastic location in Brighton. Excellent customer service as soon as you arrive, staff always helpful and polite. We upgraded to the deluxe room which was very spacious and clean. The bistro was delicious and Mohammed was attentive throughout the service. The bar staff were always polite. There are no lifts in the hotel."

"The hotel was great and the prices for accommodation and car parking were very reasonable. I was a bit concerned leaving the car as the only spot was where people had thrown empty food and drink cartons. But when we returned 4 days later the car was absolutely fine."
