"I was there for three nights and had no issues. Staff were very polite, the rooms/bathrooms were clean and the hotel itself is in a good location. I would say, however, that I was by myself and the room could be slightly cramped if two people (even though double bed was comfortable). Would recommend if you’re looking for mid-budget hotels."

It is rare to find such spacious and comfortable accommodations, and it made the trip that much more relaxing. The staff was truly the highlight of the experience. Whether I needed help with directions around the city or advice on finding the best local restaurant in town, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I am already looking forward to my next trip to Florence, and I won't be looking anywhere else. I will only be staying here!"
